Flek Australia, also known as operated by Flek Technologies LTD PTY (ACN 675 619 164) a private legal entity, takes your privacy seriously and is committed to the security and protection of data for all its customers, partners, suppliers, and users of the website domain flek.com.au and any other website, store, or application operated by the merchant.

  • Shift Completion: To verify the completion of a shift and facilitate payment processing.
  • Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and optimize our platform's functionality and user experience.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your location data as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent or disable location tracking features through your device settings, but please note that this may limit certain functionalities of our platform.

Financial Management

Flek collects, retains, administers, and manages funds transacted through its platform for the following purposes:

Flek reserves the right to deduct its share from the earnings received by freelance professionals, whether as compensation for services rendered or as payment for fines or fees incurred. Such deductions will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties involved.

Flek implements appropriate security measures to safeguard financial data and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. However, users acknowledge and agree that Flek cannot guarantee absolute security of financial information due to the inherent risks associated with online transactions.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, retention, administration, and management of funds as described in this Privacy Policy. Flek may share financial information with third-party service providers, financial institutions, or regulatory authorities as necessary to fulfill its obligations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
